New York based vocalist, Jeannette OToole, has appeared at various venues, both in and around Manhattan. She has done back up vocals for several different artists in the U.S. and has performed at several European venues.

Jeannette’s vocal background is as extensive as it is diverse. With her formal training in classical style and technique, she continues to study and combine other musical styles including jazz, blues, folk, and pop. A graduate of Manhattanville College, she has studied under and performed with classical and jazz greats such as John Dunkerley, Michelle McBride, and Arturo Spinetti.

Recently, Jeannette formed the Jeannette OToole Jazz Trio which performs in venues around NY and NJ. She also freelances with a number of different cover bands and musicians, including CHIC, STICK, AND THE STACHE; ACOUSTIC CHIC; Gary Mettler; Rave Tesar: and David Christian Azarow. While trying to put together an original band she performs some of her original music, as well as different style covers, with some of these bands.
